Lorry is a sans typeface for display typography with majuscule characters heavily influenced by the beautifully hand-painted lettering on Indian trucks or ‘lorries’, dhaba(highway-side restaurants with accommodation services for truck drivers) signages, registration plates on government vehicles and more. The typeface follows the uniform stroke characteristics of a letter painted with a flat brush, making the ends slightly wider and over the characters irregular to keep an organic look to the typeface.
